Our oven gives you the ability to control the bottom stone temperature and the top infared temperature, increasing cooks speed and giving you complete control over your product.

Gourmet Pizza Express features durable stainless steel construction with well insulated cooking chamber to save on energy costs.  The oven uses a patented "Activestone" refractory brick with built in heater, giving you accurate control over your desired cooking temperature.  The stone cleans easily with just a brush, and is reversible to double it's lifetime. Gourmet Pizza Express ovens are Stackable up to 3 high to handle increases in volume.
